Integrate Your EPN Mobile Card Reader with EPN Mobile App

App Setup

1. If you’re on an Android device, head to the google play store.
2. Type in ‘EPN Mobile’. Install EPN Mobile, and log in.
3. Click the menu button in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
4. The app will display the serial number of the unit, which is also printed on the back.
5. Select the serial number that matches your device.
6. If selected sucessfully, you will see a message stating that your device has been saved.
7. Click “Okay”.

Run a Test Transaction

1. To run a test transaction, click the menu button and select ‘Terminal’.
2. Enter an amount for the test transaction, we recommend one dollar.
3. Click ‘Next’.
4. Click ‘Swipe’.
5. You will see a confirmation prompt for pairing with the device.
6. Select ‘Pair’
7. You can now insert your card that will be used in the test transaction.
8. The cardholder will be prompted to sign on the screen. The cardholder can also enter an email address for a receipt via email.
9. Continue by clicking the right-facing arrow button.
10. Upon a successful transaction, you will see an approval message.
