Integrating A Payment Gateway With Woocommerce

Install and Activate the Payment Gateway Plugin
  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
  3. Search for your preferred payment gateway plugin (e.g., “WooCommerce Authorize.net Payment Gateway”)
  4. Click Install Now and then Activate the plugin.

  2. Perform a test transaction by adding a product to your cart and proceeding to checkout.
  3. Verify if the payment process works correctly.
  4. Check the WooCommerce Orders section to confirm successful payments.
Enable Live Transactions
  1. Once testing is successful, switch to Live Mode in the payment gateway settings.
  2. Ensure all API credentials are correct for real transactions.
  3. Save the settings.

Monitor Transactions and Troubleshoot
  1. Regularly check transactions in WooCommerce > Orders.
