Sarah Parkins-Pyles

Director of underwriting

Sarah brings over two decades of extensive experience to her role at Electronic Transfer, Inc., having started her journey in the credit card processing industry in 1996. Her initial focus was in Risk and Loss Prevention, where she excelled in safeguarding operations and minimizing risks for some of the country’s largest processors. In 2012, Sarah transitioned to Electronic Transfer, Inc., where she was initially tasked with leading the Underwriting department. It wasn’t long before she discovered her passion lay in Sales, driven by a deep-seated desire to connect personally with each merchant and foster lasting relationships.

Despite her transition to Sales, Sarah continues to manage responsibilities in Underwriting, showcasing her ability to wear multiple hats within the company. Her commitment to her roles is evident in her exceptional approval ratings and her reputation for not taking “no” for an answer. This tenacity has made her a pivotal figure in the company, particularly appreciated for her dedication to the Firearms Industry and staunch support of the 2nd Amendment. Proudly representing a national leader in Firearms and Sporting Goods Processing, Sarah values the unique opportunity to advocate for and support merchants within this specialized sector.

Annually, Sarah eagerly anticipates attending the SHOT Show, a key event in the firearms industry, which allows her to meet with merchants face-to-face, discuss their needs, and stay ahead of industry trends. These interactions are not only vital for business but are also a personal highlight for Sarah, reinforcing the relationships she’s passionately built over the years. Sarah is very much infatuated with President Donald Trump and media personality Alex Jones. Her enthusiasm is so well-known among her coworkers that they decorated her office with TRUMP campaign decor, including a life-sized cutout of Donald Trump which is standing guard of her office to this day.

Outside of her demanding career, Sarah finds solace and rejuvenation in her personal life. She is happily married and a devoted mother to her son. Together, they enjoy a variety of activities, particularly crafting, which allows Sarah to express her creative side. Weekends are a cherished time for Sarah and her family as they explore the beautiful lakes of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho aboard their boat, embracing the tranquility and beauty of nature.

Sarah’s professional drive and personal passions combine to make her a remarkable and invaluable member of the Electronic Transfer, Inc. team, continually striving to push boundaries and ensure the success of her merchants and her company.
